Damn, not outbid. I have probably got a great bargain that I really didn't need. Just one more moment of madness haunting me now. Fingers crossed I will lost this!
I know how you feel Sybil, I started a baby blanket, the 3rd of 3 needed for babies of family & friends. I've done 3 rows of each of 3 colours & I've realised I need 4th colour & don't have what I need. I'm desperately trying to stay out of the local wool shop as I know I'll spend too much if I go in.
Fortunately I don't go into my local wool shop as I watched them sniggering at another customer being a perfectly normal human being (nice, interested in wool, pleasant to talk to) and decided that whether or not I got the same treatment behind my back was irrelevant, I didn't like it. Unfortunately ebay is easier to get to. Fortunately yarn at less than 1p per gramme including postage is now quite rare so I resist quite a bit. Just not always. WSx
