Thanks for this Sybil.It is perfectly legal for a farmer to shoot a dog which is worrying his livestock. As well as physical injury to the sheep, Dogs chasing pregnant ewes often result in lambs being aborted.
Sorry also meant to say, another great chapter.... can't wait to read the next one and see where this is going.
